Gourmet Organic Chocolates

   Chocolatier Blue features gourmet chocolates made with only the finest and freshest ingredients. Chris Blue, former chocolatier for Charlie Trotter’s, has the philosophy that chocolates should be treated like a dessert with a perfect balance by using fresh pure ingredients.

Chris uses no artificial flavors, extracts, compounds, preservatives, or pre-made purees. It is his goal to source only the best possible ingredients for each chocolate. The cream is farm-fresh from Nebraska, the passion fruit are from New Zealand, the pistachios are from Sicily, the majority of the fruit is straight from a local market, and the chocolate is from Amedei in Tuscany. All of these ingredients are the highest quality, freshest, purest best ingredients Chris has discovered. He has a passion for finding the best
ingredients to make the perfect chocolate.
