Shipping policy:
We take great care when shipping and we use the best insulated boxes and gel packs to insure your chocolates will arrive in great condition.
Please note:
All orders made Thursday thru Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, so your chocolates will not sit in a warehouse without temperature control over the weekend.
If you have a special shipping request, such as Saturday delivery, please call before making your order and will try to accommodate you.
We do not ship outside of the continental U.S. or to PO Boxes.
We suggest shipping your chocolates to a business location if possible to ensure your package arrives safely and out of the elements.
Please make sure we have your complete address and someone will be available to receive your chocolates. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages. We are also not responsible for stolen or damaged packages after delivery.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your chocolates, please call (801)216-4500 or you may email us at service@chocolatierblue.com within 1 week of receipt. We are devoted to pleasing every customer and we will make arrangements to ensure you satisfaction.
After contacting us about your return, please ship to Chocolatier Blue at 40 W. Main St. Crt. Alpine, UT 84004.
Allegies:
We take great care to prevent cross-contamination, but we do process nuts, milk, peanuts at our chocolate shop. If you do have an allergy, please contact us before making your order and we will gladly make special arrangements to ensure your chocolate order is allergy-free.
